Personal Assistant to CEO
PT Business Intelligence Technologies is a dynamic and well-established software development and services company with substantial experience in providing consulting services for IT and Telecommunications Sector in Indonesia (since 2002), Facilitating foreign companies to establish business in Indonesia (since 2006). BIT has Establish subsidiaries to enter new business areas (since 2009).
The ideal profile of candidates are as follows:
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from Secretarial College or Business Administration or equivalent.
· Required skill(s) : Communication skill, Efficient, Self-Motivated, Organized Person, Good Integrity
· Required language : English
· At least 5 years of working experience in providing administrative support to expatriate executives.
· Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
· Full-time position available.
Responsibilities:
· Having knowledge of Organizing Diary/agenda/time management
· Prepare meetings, optional note taking and follow up
· Data management and filing
· Carrying out specific research and analysis
· Producing presentations and reports
· Special projects follow up
· Liaising with executives and staff
· Arranging travel, and accommodation
· Follow up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out and activities are coordinated.
· Having knowledge to make a planning and organizing company events
