PT Business Intelligence Technologies is a dynamic and well-established software development and services company with substantial experience in providing consulting services for IT and Telecommunications Sector in Indonesia (since 2002), Facilitating foreign companies to establish business in Indonesia (since 2006). BIT has Establish subsidiaries to enter new business areas (since 2009).
Requirements:
· Maximum age 30 years old
· Ability to manage multiple assignments and to work under pressure
· Good communication and management skills
· Detail oriented, fast, motivated, discipline, initiative and good team work
· Capable to operate Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
· Bachelor degree in Marketing Communication, Business, IT
Job Descriptions:
· Communicating with clients for any project updates
· Managing administrative and project work and ensures projects are complete on time
· Monitoring the project's progress to ensure all the procedures are completed and quality standards and client expectations are met
· Working closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
· Handling complaints from clients with superb communication skills
· Reporting to Manager, providing regular input on all account activities, including status and call reports on a timely basis
· Serving as a liaison between the company and clients by providing regular two-way communication and strong team representation and set proper client expectation
