PT. PETRO BANGUN ENGINEERING is oil Services Company, which is located at South Jakarta – TB Simatupang. Now PBE needs a human resource as:
OFFICE MANAGER
Job duties:
1) Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
· Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
· Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
· Actively promote positive safety culture.
2) Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:
· Compliance to work instructions.
· Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
· identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit
3) Assist with the development and maintenance of a friendly work environment and a positive culture with the organization
4) Perform administration functions, including:
· Process rental asset and product movements in/out premises
· Generate and process all invoices for all product lines at premises
· Co-ordinate travel requirements
· Co-ordinate office services contracts
· Compile presentations, tenders, quotations and reports
· Monitor and maintain general office supplies levels
· Provide general support to internal customers
· Maintain good housekeeping standards.
Job requirements:
· Administration/Secretarial Certificate or equivalent
· 5 years experience required in secretarial and administration duties
· QHSE Procedural knowledge
· Typing proficiency to a min. 60wpm
· General accounting knowledge
· Advanced skills in Ms. Word for Window and Excel
· Basic skills in computer database operations
· Basic skills in PowerPoint
· Excellent organization and time management skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
