We are an IT consultant company is currently need a qualification candidate To be posted as:

Call Centre Officer

General requirements :

•Good looking

•Female, Single and max age 28 years old

•Computer Literate

•Good Personality & Communication Skill

•Excellent interpersonal skills and Polite Attitude

•Excellent command in English both oral and written

•Willing to work under pressure, has the ability to work as a team

•Fresh graduate are welcome

Key Responsibility:
a) Handles incoming calls
b) Handles call message
c) Reception management

Skill:
Communication (verbal / written in Indonesia & English
a. Has a good listening skill
b. Has a good questioning skill
c. Has a confident while talking
d. Has a good tone of voice
e. Demonstrate a warm voice

f. Has courtesy while talking
g. Use positive language

Understand Call Centre processes
a. Take accurate message; name of caller, phone no., caller's company
b. Ensure of close loop response
