PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana, Tbk is one of the big tire manufacturer located in Cikarang, West Java and sales office in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta. We produce high quality tires for passenger car, light truck and motorcycle under famous brand Achilles, Corsa & Strada.

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION DIVISION

1.   GENERAL ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR  

 

Responsibilities:

·         Prepare, make, and report company's financial transaction.

·         Verify and control transactions.

·         Perform monthly reviews of the journal entries, sub-ledgers, reconciliations, accounting schedules and other accounting reports.

·         Assist internal management with interpreting accounts, records, operating performance indicators and financial statements.

·         Assist the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and maintain related sub-ledgers and account reconciliations affect to taxation.

·         Reconcile accounts balances with internal and external parties such as bank, suppliers, employees and related companies.

 

Requirement:

·         Male/Female, single, max. 30 years old.

·         Min Bachelor  Degree (S1) in Accounting. (Min. GPA 2.80 of 4.00)

·         Use English actively.

·         Min 3 years experience in the same position.

·         Mastering Accounting system and financial report.

·         Strong analytical skill, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skill.

·         Excellent computer skills in Ms. Office.

·         Preferably having experience in manufacture industry.

·         Well organized, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, honest, able to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as under pressure

·         Will be place in Head Office at Lemahabang, Cikarang Bekasi

 

2.   GENERAL ACCOUNTING STAFF

 

Responsibilities:

·         Prepare, make, and report company's financial transaction.

·         Verify and control transactions.

·         Assist internal management with interpreting accounts, records, operating performance indicators and financial statements.

·         Ensure accurate accounting records which include performing a variety of clerical and data entry jobs for taxation, account payable and account receivable for offset data's.

·         Maintain filing for accounting and taxation data.

 

Requirement:

·         Male/Female, single, max. 28 years old.

·         Min Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting. (Min. GPA 2.80 of 4.00)

·         Use English actively.

·         Min 2 years experience in the same position.

·         Strong analytical skill, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skill.

·         Excellent computer skills in Ms. Office.

·         Preferably having experience in manufacture industry.

·         Well organized, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, honest, able to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as under pressure

·         Will be place in Head Office at Lemahabang, Cikarang Bekasi and Sales Office at Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta

 

3.   TAX SUPERVISOR

 

Responsibilities:

·         Verify and control transactions.

·         Handle company's taxation and make monthly tax reports (especially especially VAT, Withholdings art. 21, 22, 23, & 25)

·         Make fiscal and commercial reconciliation

·         Perform monthly reviews of the journal entries, sub-ledgers, reconciliations, accounting schedules and other accounting reports

·         Assist internal management with interpreting accounts, records, operating performance indicators and financial statements.

·         Assist the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and maintain related sub-ledgers and account reconciliations affect to taxation

·         Maintain filing for accounting and taxation data

·         Perform in tax assessment and tax appeal.

 

Requirement:

·         Male/Female, single, max. 30 years old.

·         Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting. (Min. GPA 2.80 of 4.00)

·         Having Brevet A and B certificate is an advantage

·         Use English actively.

·         Min 3 years experience in the same position.

·         Having experience in tax assessment and  tax appeal is an advantage

·         Strong analytical skill, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skill.

·         Excellent computer skills in Ms. Office.

·         Preferably having experience in manufacture industry.

·         Well organized, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, honest, able to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as under pressure

·         Will be place in Head Office at Lemahabang, Cikarang Bekasi

 

4.   TAX STAFF

5.   FINANCE SUPERVISOR

 

Responsibilities:

·         Prepare, make, and report company's financial transaction

·         Verify and control transactions.

·         Having knowledge in company's taxation (especially especially VAT, Withholdings art. 21, 22, 23, & 25)

·         Assist internal management with interpreting accounts, records, operating performance indicators and financial statements

·         Check received invoices and other accounts payable documentation

·         Check and confirm company liability for payment to third party

·         Maintain filing for accounting and taxation data

·         Reconcile accounts balances with internal and external parties such as bank, suppliers, employees and related companies

·         Ensure accurate accounting records which include performing a variety of clerical and data entry jobs for taxation, account payable and account receivable for offset data's

·         Maintain filing for accounting and taxation data

 

Requirement:

·         Female, max. 33 years old.

·         Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting or Management

·         Use English actively.

·         Min. 2 years experience in the same position.

·         Strong analytical skill, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skill.

·         Excellent computer skills in Ms. Office.

·         Preferably having experience in manufacture industry.

COMMERCIAL DIVISION

1.   SALES STAFF  

 

Qualification:

·         Having high experience and achievement in sales challenge to achieve management sales target and goal in competitive market.

 

Requirement:

·         Male/Female, max. 32 years old.

·         Min Diploma Degree (D3) in any discipline

·         Use English actively.

·         Min 2 years experience in the same position.

·         Having Driving License (A or C) is preferred

·         Well organized, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, honest, able to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as under pressure

·         Preferably having experience in sales for tire industry.

·         Will be place in Head Office at Sales Office at Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta

 

2.   PURCHASING STAFF

 

Qualification:

·         Having experience in issuing & control PO, control delivery, follow up customer, manage purchasing requisition process, make regular report, documentation and administration

 

Requirement:

·         Male/Female, single, max. 30 years old.

·         Min Diploma Degree (D3) in any dicipline

·         Use English actively.

·         Min 2 years experience in the same position.

·         Well organized, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, honest, able to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as under pressure

·         Preferably having experience in manufacture industry.

·         Will be place in Head Office at Lemahabang, Cikarang Bekasi

 

PRODUCTION & TIRE TECHNOLOGY DIVISION

1.   INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING STAFF  

 

Qualification:

·         Able to use Visual Basic and other software for programming

 

Requirement:

·         Male, single, max. 28 years old.

·         Min Diploma Degree (D3) or Degree (S1) in Information Technology or Industrial Technology .

·         Use English actively.

·         Good in Information Technology System and Industrial Programming.

·         Min 2 years experience in the same position.

·         Preferably having experience in tire manufacture industry.

·         Well organized, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, honest, able to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as under pressure

·         Will be place in Factory at Lemahabang, Cikarang Bekasi

 

2.   BOILER OPERATOR

 

Requirement:

·         Male, single, max. 28 years old.

·         Min Vocational High School (SMK) with mechanical or electrical background.

·         Preferable English literate

·         Min 2 years experience in the same position.

·         Preferably having experience in tire manufacture industry.

·         Well organized, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, honest, able to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as under pressure

·         Will be place in Factory at Lemahabang, Cikarang Bekasi

 

3.   MECHANIC

 

Qualification:

·         Having knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic system and troubleshooting.

·         Able to use AutoCAD  program 2D / 3D

 

Requirement:

·         Male, max. 30 years old.

·         Min Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical.

·         Preferable English literate

·         Preferably having experience in tire manufacture industry but fresh fresh graduated are welcome to apply

·         Will be place in Factory at Lemahabang, Cikarang Bekasi

·         Min Diploma Degree (D3) or Degree (S1) in Accounting.

·         Use English actively.

·         Min 3 years experience in the same position.

·         Preferably having experience in manufacture industry.

·         Will be place in Head Office at Lemahabang, Cikarang Bekasi

 

Requirement:

·         Male, single, max. 28 years old.

·         Min Diploma Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Health & Safety (K3).

·         Preferable English literate

·         Min 3 years experience in the same position.

·         Preferably having experience HSE in tire manufacture industry.

·         Will be place in Factory at Lemahabang, Cikarang Bekasi
