With over fifteen years of experience here, our client is among the biggest producer  with production capacity of over 20 million per annum of export grade bituminous and sub-bituminous coal sold to China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, Korea, India, North America and Europe. The company has an estimated of over 1,650 million tons in resources, and 288 million tons in coal reserve. In power, our client has a portfolio of 3 (three) investments in 2 countries, with an aggregate equity-basis projected production capacity of over 1,300 megawatts.

Good Corporate Governance Officer

(Multinational - Coal Based Energy Company)

 

Principal Accountabilities

 

Responsible to support and provide assistance to the Company's Corporate Secretary for maintaining equitable, consistent and transparent communications on good corporate governance issues, material transactions and corporate actions

 

Manage day to day all the Corporate Communications under the direction of the Corporate Secretary and provides timely and up-to date information about the company to its shareholders, the public, equity market investors, analyst and the media.

 

Provide support and assistance to the Corporate Secretary to monitor and ensure compliance with capital market rules and regulations and ensure that the Board of Directors are fully informed on regulatory changes and implications related hereto.

 

Qualification & Requirements

• Indonesian. Male or Female, min. 28 – 35 years maximum.
• Minimum S-1 Degree graduated from reputable university in Finance, Law, other Social Science..
• Having min. 3 – 5 years experience as "Good Corporate Governance Officer"  in public listed company (Tbk)  preferably mining or oil & gas, agro-forestry.
• Have excellent skill in writing paper
• Have excellent knowledge about GCG (Good Corporate Governance  Program)
• Have a good networking and could speak in-front of public as a trainer
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Have good computer skill (MS Office, Database, SAP).
• Competencies: Integrity, Synergy, Commitment, Customer Service Orientation, interpersonal communication skill, follow up, good team-player.
