[Job-Vacancy] Customer Services Officer

 

Our client, Multi National Company is looking for Customer Services Officer with this following requirement and skills: 

• Having Experienced in the similar function
• From any industry
• Fluently speak and write in English
• familiar with Internet and computer
• Take into account and respond to customer commercial requests, by proposing - if necessary - alternative solutions
• Record customer orders
• Sell group products
• Provide expertise and technical advice
• Ensure order processing and monitoring of customer portfolios
• Ensure liaison and additional action of field/UOT commercial teams
• Customer complaint management:  invoicing, accounting, credit
• Ensure administrative processing of product  entries (examination, retreading or repair)
