A consumer goods distribution company in Indonesia are looking for :

A. Training Manager (TRM)
B. Training Officer (TRO)

Requirements :
• Male/Female, max. 35 years old ( TRM ) , 29 years old (TRO )
• S1 graduate in any discipline
• Having min. 5 years working experience in training section (TRM) and min. 2 years working experience as Sales Trainer ( TRO ) , preferably if having working experience as a trainer in consumer goods distribution company and few years working experience as sales force in consumer goods distribution company
•Having experience in set up training need analysis, training module, training evaluation and training effectiveness (TRM)
• Good teaching and communications skills, excellent management and leadership skills , fast learner, energetic, hardworking, good personality and willing to travel through out Indonesia
• Computer literate ( excel, word, power point )
