1. Job Title : Ink Matcher
Location : SIG Combibloc Obeikan - Saudi Arabia
Qualification :
Technical School / Diploma in Printing Graduated, 2 5 years experiences in Ink Matching
Responsibility :
(A) Color matching during production run (B) Mixing ink with or without guideline (C) Formulation of ink need for each job (D) Know how to prepare & mix ink (E) Proper handling of ink stock's (F) Knowledge in checking and matching on job color guide and panthone book (G) Monitor color during production run (H) Maintain ink viscosity for ink quality (I) Know how to differentiate ink density and laydown of color.

2. Job Title : Injection Moulding Operator
Location : Plastic Section (SIG Combibloc Obeikan - Saudi Arabia)
Qualification :
Technical School / Diploma in Printing Graduated, 3 5 years experiences in Injection Machine
Responsibility :
(A) To initiate machine pareamteres and Profile settings (B) To initiate start-up approval prior to Production run (C) To trouble-shoot on production problems (D) To Assist with Mould set up on Injection molding machine (E) To reported to foreman for machine breakdown (F) To Log shift problems and activities (G) To check on line Quality check for Quality Production (H) To Prepare production reports (I) To keep clean the machine surrounding area.

3. Job Title : Printing Press Operator
Location : Printing Press (SIG Combibloc Obeikan - Saudi Arabia)
Qualification : Age between 25-35 years old, A degree in Mechanical, Electrical or other related fields, Electrical or Mechanical Technology graduate, 3 years experiences in Printing Production or other related field, Experience in Printing Production is an advantage preferably from the packaging or paper manufacturing industry.
Job Purpose :
Report directly to Production Foreman. The main task is to operate the machine as assigned by the superior in the Flame Sealer in order to achieve production targets of high efficency, Optimal Productivity, Accurate Quality Control, Minimal waste and punctual delivery.
Responsibility :
(a) To operate the machine and produce good SLEEVES in accordance to the specification required primarily by customer and SIG Combibloc Obeikan (b) To coordinate with the Quality In-line to reduce and control waste (c) Prepares accurate Daily Report reflecting Production Performance (d)
To perform other works as deemed necessary by the superior (e.g. rotational work schedule within the flame sealer section: as Japack Operator or QC) (e) Apply and Maintain ISO9001:2000 as well as HACCP (f) Prepares accurate Daily Report reflecting Production Performance (g) To assist and participate in the continuous improvement process.
Other Skills Required :
Computer Knowledge, at least basic knowledge in computer.
English Communication skills
4. Job Title : Machine Operator
Location : Creaser Cutter - Production (SIG Combibloc Obeikan - Saudi Arabia)
Qualification : Age between 25-40 years old, At least Technical / Vocational education graduate, Electrical or Mechanical Technology (or equivalent degree), 2 years experience on CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) Cutting Machines, Preferably from the packaging or paper manufacturing industry.
Job Purpose :
Reports to the Production Foreman. The main responsibility is to operate Creaser Cutter machine. Other significant function is to ensure good quality output as well as satisfying the required quantity based from production schedule.
Responsibility :
(a) To produce blanks in accordance to the specification required primarily by customer and SIG Combibloc Obeikan (b) Communicate to the Quality Control in line to reduce and control waste (c) Prepares accurate daily report reflecting Production Performance (d) Provide production assistance such as trouble-shooting, maintenance and se-up (e) Communicate with both Printing section and Flame Sealer section (f) Coordinate with QA and Planning sections for quality and job concers/issues (g) To assist and participate in the continuous improvement of process (h) Apply and Maintain ISO9001:2000 and as well as HACCP system (i) Perform other functions as deemed necessary by direct superior.
Other Skills Required :
Computer Knowledge, at least basic CNC or Computerized cutting machines.
English Communication skills
5. Job Title : Machine Operator
Location : Flame Sealer - Production (SIG Combibloc Obeikan - Saudi Arabia)
Qualification : Age between 25-35 years old, At least Technical / vocational graduate or any other related field, Electrical or Mechanical Technology graduate, At least 2 years experience, preferably from the packaging or paper manufactruing industry.
Job Purpose :
Report directly to Production Foreman. The main task is to operate the machine as assigned by the superior in the Flame Sealer in order to achieve production targets of high efficiency, Optima Productivity, Accurate Quality Control, Minimal waste and punctual delivery.
