Job Title: Credit Card Sales Manager
Job Category: Accounting/Finance
Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the developing Card Business Development sales strategies and implementing that along with direct marketing strategies developed by the Product Management group
  • Responsible for driving top-line growth of all credit cards, including product positioning/integration with other consumer banking products
  • Responsible for a critical participant in setting the strategic direction for the card business development
  • Directly managing the Sales Management Team and will rely heavily on resources from other departments (Product Management, Finance, Credit Operations, Analytics, IT, Collections, Credit Risk Management, etc.) in order to perform this function.
  • Work with Marketing and Branch channel partners to develop plans.
  • Assimilate marketing acquisitions and portfolio management strategy into actionable segmentation schemes
  • Develop detailed marketing program recommendations at the offer/sub-segment level that will drive profitable growth in portfolio receivables
  • Develop detailed marketing program recommendations at the product/offer/sub-segment level that will penetrate the retail bank customer base
  • Evaluate new data sources for their use in new account targeting
  • Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure that product and offer testing goals are understood and that testing is executed correctly
  • Work closely with the Product Management and Operations teams to ensure that strategies are implemented and tested appropriately to ensure a high level of confidence in results
  • Coordinate with all Consumer Banking Managers to develop appropriate card positioning and relationship card development
  • Participate in development of customer segment appropriate value propositions with cards positioned within.
  • Support the overall Credit Card business strategy
  • Provide sound advice in asset growth, and/or asset sales to optimize profit and minimize unnecessary exposure to credit loss.
  • Leverage analytical capabilities in overall decision making and risk identification

Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max 35 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or quantitative discipline
  • At least 10 years experience in branch/Agency sales in a leading credit card industries
  • Strong knowledge of the profit drivers (and associated customer behaviors) of a credit card portfolio
  • Working knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of sales best practices
  • Strong sales planning and leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills - ability to communicate highly technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to business leaders
  • Detail oriented and a proven ability to manage to deadlines
  • Experience in decision making across all aspects of a credit card customers' lifecycle (acquisitions through collections)
  • Credit card profitability management experience
  • Experience in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience managing targeting models for credit card acquisitions and existing customer stimulation campaigns
