·         Organization and Performance Management Officer
Job Description:
·    Analyze existing job profiles / descriptions and re-design where appropriate to illustrate current role & responsibilities versus experience required etc
·    Provide a variety of services for job description design
·    Conduct job evaluation process and maintain job grading data for all positions
·    Ensure that SAP Data related to Organization management is up-to-date
·    Monitor performance management system
·    Provide consultative services in Performance management area (e.g. provide assistance for KPI Design)
·    Organize and monitor Performance Evaluation process in BINUS, and collect and maintain the documentation
·    Assist in conducting assessment of present and future needs of the organization be compared with present resources and future predicted resources
·    Participate in the annual manpower budget process
·    Maintain and monitor headcount budget
·    Ensures that SAP Data related to Manpower is up-to-date
 
Requirements:
·         Minimal Bachelor Degree
·         Min. 2 years experience in the same field
·         Special Skills : Job Analysis & Evaluation, Performance Management & MPP
 
·         Recruitment and Assessment Officer
 
Job Description:
·         Assists in developing and administering strategy for identifying and recruiting potential hires.
·         Responsible in recruiting, screening and selection of the applicants using a variety of methods at minimal cost and resulting in low turnover.
·         Screen applications and resume upon receipt based on experiences, skills and company regulation; and facilitate telephone to screen qualified and available applicants.
·         Implement recruiting and selection procedures for accurate and timely filling the position needed
·         Participate in interview and psychological / technical test of the candidates
·         Analyze and make report of psychological test result
·         Give consultation to supervisors (user) about the selection result (interview, psychological/technical test) and meeting with them on selection decision
·         Assist the TA Coordinator to modify and conduct the Assessment Center procedures and method
·         Do necessary any administration for TAA Dept.
·         Participates in recruiting functions such as job fairs, out-reach activities.
·         Conduct Exit interview when employees terminate
·         Provide Report to direct Supervisor
·         Suggest improvement process related to Talent Assessment Activities
·         Perform activities related to quality management system
·         Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor
 
Requirements:
·         Psychologist
·         Min. 2 years experience in the same field
·         Special Skills : Assessment Center, BEI interview
