GM Marketing & Communication

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to Sales & Marketing Director and supervising marketing team, the incumbent is fully accountable for developing business of the new high-end products, managing the marketing analysis, strategy, plan as well as its execution. The job also can make an assessment for the customers satisfy and supervising team in the initial stage to be further developed along with the business growth.

Qualifiications:

• Broad networking and close relationship with related industry.
• Extensive track record in similar function
• Proven negotiation, organization, and decision-making skill.
• Excellent in marketing and general management functions with min 5 years' experience.
• Able to make planning & managing all of marketing activities in the national scale.
• Preferably in senior management/general manager level specializing in marketing.
• Lead, manage and implement business strategy covering marketing, and manage division budget and control.
• Ensure the effectiveness of marketing communication activities to support business needs.
• Experienced in leading the development of company policies/procedures and its implementation to ensure the effective organization and high performance.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree
