IT SUPPORT (IS)

Responsibilities:

- Male age max. 33 years old
- Bachelor degree with good results from a reputable university majoring Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields
- Have more than 2 years experience
- MUST have experience with Active Directory, Domain Controller and Windows Server Troubleshooting
- MUST perform tasks related to component server, workstation (PCs/Desktops) & network installation, connection, configuration, integration, LAN, testing and troubleshooting
- Strong working knowledge of major networking components, network operating systems and basic computer hardware components
- Preferable having Network Infrastructure & telephony and Telecomunication knowledge

LEGAL COUNSEL (LC)

Requirements:
- Male, Bachelor degree in Law with age min. 27-35 years old,
- Have experience min. 3 years in the same position.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in law firm or as legal practitioner or as in-house counsel in other companies
- Excellent in English oral and write communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Have experience to make business contract, business agreement in EPC, oil & gas sectors, company permit documents, notaries and others legalization.
- Have a good Knowledge as legal advisor.
- Able handle joint venture, acquisition company for legal aspects.
- Able to join sooner

INVESTMENT BANKER (code:INV)

Requirements:
- Attractive, dynamic, smart and energetic person with age min 26 – 35 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree of Economy/Business/Finance/Banking from reputable universities, overseas graduated is preferred
- Experience as Investment Advisor for min.3 years in Finance & Banking area, energies, oil & gas or engineering companies
- Have been Worked in Securities Company
- Having knowledge and experience in management consulting & strategy, asset management, equity & feasibility researcher, renewable energies and risk management in banking/financial industries/engineering/oil & gas sectors
- Have good network within investment banking, financial industry and private equity company
- Have knowledge to set up venture in partnership for renewable of project finance
- Fluent English is a must
- Able working with multi tasks and under pressure
- Able join immediately
