Commission Analyst

Established in 1956, our client is a highly successful global direct selling corporation headquartered in the USA with sales representation in 15 markets throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia. Our client is part of a world renowned direct selling holding company that is currently ranked as the 5^th largest direct sales companies in the worlds with operations in over 60 countries across the globe.

Our client has a long history of providing high-quality cosmetics and personal care via a 'person to person' using a party selling / networking model. Currently, our client is preparing for the launch of their brand in Indonesia and looking for a highly qualified individual to fill in position as Commissions Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the daily administration and monthly processing of the company's commission system.
This role will master the rules and regulations of the company's compensation program and will be responsible for administering and reporting on all commission related requests and operations.
This role will be able to quickly identify problems within the system based upon a series of tests and validations.
This position will assist the management & finance team in forecast and measure the impact of various proposals in order to quantify the impact.
This position prepares the monthly statements and payments to all Consultants who generate a commission.
This position also serves as a keeper of the commission policies and provides a critical check and balance function in the system in order to alleviate any manipulation of the system.

Requirements:

3+ experience in accounting related role
Finance degree preferred
High attention to detail, speed and accuracy required
Ability to enforce guidelines practices in a professional and courteous manner
Strong ethics and trust is required with sound communication skills
Experience in operating various IT and business processes quickly and accurately
English proficiency, verbal and written is a must
