JOB VACANCY

We are a joint venture company of a leading Singapore Property Group and Indonesia Property Group, both are public listed companies. Due to major expansion, we are now have opening for the below exciting position :

ACCOUNTING OFFICER :
Requirement :
1. Education : Min. S1 Accounting
2. Experience : Min. 2 years in accounting (good in tax handling will be an advance)
3. Technical Skills : English, knowledge of taxation, analyticall skill
4. Preferably having experience in Property
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle accounting and taxation activities
• Work according accounting procedures, systems and related internal control to ensure that it meets the company regulations
• Coordination with other department to support the accounting and tax functions.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MANAGER
Requirements :
1. Education : Min. S1 Accounting
2. Experience : Min. 5 years including 3 years in public accounting
3. Technical Skills : English, knowledge of taxation, analytical skill
4. Preferably having experience in Property
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervising all accounting, finance and taxation activities: including reviewing and controlling all payments and receipts, bank reconciliation and monthly and annual taxation
• Maintaining accounting procedures, systems and related internal control to ensure that it meets the company regulations
• Controlling project cost and budget
• Reviewing and controlling of all management accounts to ensure the accuracy and reliability data records
• Preparing management reports and other required financial reports.
• Maintaining accounting computerized system ( IFCA Accounting System ) to ensure it runs smoothly
• Coordination with other department to support the accounting functions.
• Providing advice in areas of accounting, financial and taxation matters if needed.
