Training Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Identify Training Market and Business Opportunities.
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the Training market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Lead and run Training Program
- Coordinate Plan, Implementation, Report and Evaluation of Training.
- Ensure all programs are delivered professionally and effectively to meet the Training objectives.
Requirements:
- Male/female minimum of age 22 years old.
- Education Background D3/S1 from reputation universities.
- Has good computer skill (MS Word, Excel, Power point).
- Has sense of salesmanship.
- Can work under pressure
- Good knowledge on Training Activities
- Fluent English (Spoken & Written)
- Positive Personality ,and Good Appearance
Back Office Cashier Staff
Responsibilities:
· Handling various types of payment/transactions
· Balancing the register at the end of the day or shift
Requirements:
· Male/Female
· Education : min. Diploma of Finance Management or Accounting (preferable from reputable University) or equivalent education.
· Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in similar position
· Advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
· Deep knowledge about calculate & summary daily transaction and input journal to accounting system
· Skills : English active (preferable), analytical, administration, leadership, planning
· Can work under pressure, responsible, adaptable, detail, assertive, organizing
· Team work and discipline
Administration
Requirements:
· Male/Female
· Min. DIII in any discipline.
· Good communication skill, fluent in English and computer literacy.
· The ability to work independently or in a team environment on challenging assignment.
· Advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
· Have analytical, administration, leadership, planning
· Can work under pressure, responsible, adaptable, detail, assertive, organizing
· Team work and discipline
· Handling product knowledge & problem solving for customer satisfaction
Executive Assistant / Secretary
Responsibilities:
· Provide full support to Country Manager
· Handle all administration task from Country Manager
· Arrange meeting, make minute of meeting and follow up the result
Requirements:
· Male/female below 30 years old.
· D3/S1 degree from secretary or any field.
· Computer literate is a must, MS. Office, MS. Outlook, and Internet
· Good communication skill in English, both orally and written
· Advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
· Proficiency in office management document handling
· Good communication and presentation skills.
Marketing
Responsible
· Develop new market & customer worldwide
· Prepare Sales Plan, Report & Analysis
· Develop a market brand strategy and market observation
Requirement
· Diploma 3 or S1 graduated
· Fluent in English both spoken and written
· Having Experiences minimum 2 years in marketing and excellent knowledge about marketing concept and principles.
· Relevant Experience in the ISO Certification Body and/or ISO Consultant
· Have excellent presentation skills
· Possess own car
· Hardworking, cautious, thorough, target oriented, fast learner, self motivated and outgoing
· Be able to work under pressures and know how to treat customers
· Pleasant character
· Computer literate
