Our client is a newly licensed direct-to-home (satellite) pay TV company launched in East Java last June 2013 with the aim of bringing education, information, entertainment and progress through quality content which will promote good values and ethical behavior. Its brand name connotes a symbol of better life. In line with its ambitious business targets, it wishes to appoint an ambitious and results-oriented:

Key Account Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Overall management of an assigned account (Islamic micro-finance institutions or BMTs) and maintain a long term relationship and maximize sales opportunities with said account.
Conduct market analysis and develop a sales forecast and development plan for the account
Implement and manage the sales development plan
Prepare, in coordination with the marketing support officer, marketing support programs and implement these programs
Responsible for the achievement of the sales target of the account
Prepare monthly sales achievement reports and action plans
Reports to the Head of Sales and Distribution, BMT

Requirements:

Male, between 28 – 35 years old, Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably within a pay TV environment
Proven track record in sales target achievement. Other core competencies: forecasting accuracy, tight budget controls, business planning, strong customer relationship management, and creative business development.
Sales driven, aggressive with excellent communication skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Strongly grounded in and practicing Islam; attendance of a pesantren or madrasah is a definite advantage.
Must be willing to be based in East Java or Central Java.
