COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the analyst team for the preparation and completion of financial modeling during the Tender, RFQ, and RFI stage to the clients to be in line with Company objective�
• Managing the tender team for the preparation of any documentation of any proposal during Tender, RFQ, and RFI stage to the clients, including the assurance of the completeness of the documentation to meet all client's requirements
• Managing Contract from the Commercial, both revenue and cost side during the contract period i.e. managing budget vs actual, operation analysis, job closing reports, etc.
• Managing the preparation and completion of any paper, presentation, reports, proposal in general
• Managing the execution and completion of any operation and/or business analysis which is required to support Company activities

Requirements:

• Have the experience in managing and understanding contract from the commercial side, preferably for Oil and Gas contracts
• Have the advance knowledge and understanding in formulating Financial Modeling, and the strategy to furnish an attractive Financial Modeling in line with Company objective
• Have the experience to furnish an attractive and comprehensive business presentation
• Have the experience to write and furnish a business paper or report
• Have the experience in formulating and maintaining budget, including monitoring and evaluate the budget against the actual

Qualifications:

• Male/Female
• Bachelor degree in Engineering / Financial / Economic
• Having 3 – 5 years experience in Commercial and Contract
• Have a broad-minded, systematic thinking and orientation in detail both in process and result
• Have the capability in managing working time, work load, and people
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
