Global Assistance and Healthcare, a well-established international medical assistance provider to the Insurance, Oil and Gas, Mining and other corporate sector is inviting highly motivated individuals to fill in the position of :

TENDER ASSISTANT

Responsibilities :

Screening and monitoring any new bid / tender or express an interest in all potential opportunities �
Registering company as a medical services supplier with all potential client and all relevant public services and institutions
Pick-up bid/ tender documents, analysis them and present them to management �
Established a clear time frame with deadline when company decides to participate to bid / tender – being the timekeeper of the process
Help in completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQ) and in completion of all updated legal documents which may be required, such as but not limited to audited financial reports, membership of association, insurances, bid / performance bound, company legal act, governmental regulations and client history
To continually improve the standard of render submissions
To supervise timely delivery of tender documents
To properly manage archives for all bid / tender documents, outgoing proposal and result of each of them

Requirements :

Male/Female, age max. 35 years old
S1 Degree from related field
Minimum 2 years experience in the same position, experience in Mining, Oil and Gas Company is a plus
Fluent spoken and written English is an absolute must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Computer literate
Fast learner and able to work under pressure
Multi tasking job with high level of commitment
Detail Oriented
