Senior Developer

Job Description :

• Completes development of units according to the design provided by System Analyst 

• Participates in code review to ensure that the codes developed by other developers are optimized, written in compliance to the standards 

• Prepares and executes unit tests 

• Participate actively in software design discussions 

• Coach and mentor other junior developers 

• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations 

• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code

System Analyst

Job Description :

• Conduct, lead and coordinate a specific module development activities

• Converts the CRS into the System Design Specification (SDS); technical analysis and design of the module & database

• Prepares development platform and architecture for the system development according to the solution architecture introduced by the solution architect 

• Provides technical expertise and guidance to developers 

• Interacts with business analyst (module lead) regularly to ensure that there are no gaps in the requirement process to the development stages 

• Ensures all module developed by application developers meeting the architecture and standard set forth including conducting code reviews, unit testing and integration testing

• Delegates development task to application developer

General Requirements :

• Male / Female

• Having experience min 5 years in the same position

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

• Experience and knowledgeable on J2EE, databases and web technologies

• Great debugging and reasoning skills

• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

• Experience with JavaServer Faces, Spring Framework, Hibernate or JasperReports

• Experience with application servers such as Tomcat or Jboss

• Java certifications from Sun or Oracle (e.g. SCJP, SCWCD)

• Enjoys technical challenges and solving problems
