Our client one of Leading Civil Engineering Construction at Indonesia looking a Building Engineer (only for Japanese Nationality)
 
Building Engineer - only for Japanese Nationality
Specific Requirements:
1.      Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
2.      Consider construction costs,  potential environmental hazards, and other factors in planning stages and risk analysis.
3.      Perform or oversee soil testing to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations.
4.      Test building materials, such as concrete, or steel, for use in particular projects.
5.      Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labor to determine a project's economic feasibility.
6.      Able to analyze unit price & calculate work volume as well as calculate progress of works.
7.      Have experience in Japanese construction company will be prioritized.
8.      Minimum 6 years experience in civil & building project.
9.      Minimum diploma in Civil Engineering from reputable university.
10.  Japanese Nationality residing in Indonesia who has legal permit.
