THE JAKARTA CONSULTING GROUP (JCG) is a management consulting firm serving both international and local client, in order to improve service to our clients, we are searching potential candidate for the following position:
SECRETARY
JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Handling general office administration, secretarial duties & travel arrangement
• Handling filling and updating corporate social media & website
• Preparing, attending and monitoring company’s projects, meeting, and events (include pre, post and evaluation documents)
• Handling documentation for pitching and projects
• Handling and maintain communication with internal and external parties in all levels (verbal & written both in Indonesian and English)
• Taking personally in charge or actively participate in some project in various fields upon request.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Attractive appearance and professional looking
• Age max 24 years old, and minimum Diploma degree
• Mastering in Microsoft office and able to use graphic design and multimedia program
• Able to handle multitasking assignments
• Attention to detail, smart, fast learner and pleasant personality
• Ready to work As soon as possible (state your availability)
