Our Client is property company, they provide RSS project in Tangerang area. Due to their business expansion currently they looking high qualified Candidate as Accounting Supervisor
- Candidate should come from Developer, Real Estate, or Construction industry
- Accountant will be responsible for "Rumah Sangat Sederhana" project (located in Tangerang area)
- Handle all finance and accounting administrative matters (included account receivable, provide data for accounting report, collect DP, etc)
- Create accounting report (with consultant)
- Have excellent ability in accounting and finance with minimal 3 years experiences
- Cooperate and maintain good relationship with BTN and other banking vendor
- Able to work independently, have a good team working skills, coordinating and organizing ability, analytical skills, learning ability, communication skills, Diligent, integrity, professional work ethics, can work under pressure.
- Candidate will be placed in Jakarta
Our Client is one of leading Multinational Company in Property Industry. Due to their business expansion currently they are looking for high caliber Candidate as Business Development Assistant Manager
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 5 years experience in real estate/property industry
- Will be responsible to handle franchise
- Excellent skill in prospecting, planning, selling, networking, and doing promotion (for franchise exposure)
- Communicative, persuasive, and result oriented
- Typical of supportive & optimistic person; and a good executor
- Annual target: 10 Franchise
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
- Domiciled in East Jakarta/Kelapa Gading/Bekasi highly preferable
- Candidate will be placed in East Jakarta
