PT Dayacipta Kemasindo is an integrated carton box manufacturer. In 1993, started manufacturing as insert producer from carton and various types of layer (diecut/punch) in tangerang. The business grows rapidly. To increase our production capacity & to fullfill the market demand, we build another 2 company: PT Dayacipta Kemasindo Cibitung (2006), PT Dayacipta Kemasindo Karawang (2011).

JOB DESC
- Responsible the availability of raw material & spare parts stock.
- Ensure all distribution and delivery can be ontime.
- Control daily inventory of finished product.
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of raw materials, finished products, trading goods and transfer product distribution.
- Coordination with sales to make schedule delivery process to customer.
- Manage subordinate's tasks and responsibility allocation.
- Identify and develop subordinate's skill and knowledge.
- Ensure effective teamwork and communication accross function and within own department.
- Conduct Health, Safety and Environment programs.
- Ensure zero accident in all area.
- Implement Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 in all activity.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional degree from engineering
- Having min 5 years experience as PPIC dept head, PPIC Superintendent, preferably in manufacturing company (carton box / offset printing / customer goods / packaging)
- Having depth knowledge related with Corrugator planning, converting planning, finishing planning and inventory control
- Having strong strategic leadership skill to articulate the company's vision and mission.
- Willing to be placed at all site area (Tangerang, Cibitung and Karawang)
