An Indonesian legal adviser serving the needs of foreign investors into Indonesia located in SCBD area, is giving big opportunities for all dynamics and professionals persons to fill the position in our company as:

 

PART-TIME SECRETARY

Working days                  : 14 – 26 August 2018 (7 working days)

Working hours               : Monday – Friday from 08.00 – 18.00 (or more if overtime needed)

 

1.                Female

2.               Maximum 30 years of age

3.               Educational background in Secretary or Law

4.               1 - 3 years of relevant working experience at Law Firm/Legal Consultant is preferred

5.               Computer literate especially Windows and Ms Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

6.               Excellent communication skill in English both verbal and written

7.                Trustworthy and attention to details is a must

8.               Service minded, mature, independent and reliable

9.               Well organised and multi tasking person with pleasant personality

10.            Able to keep confidentiality of information and documents

11.             Diligent and able to work based on deadline, self motivated with a positive working attitude
