Due to Their rapid expansion is having requirement : for professionals, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following position :
- SENIOR CHEMICAL MANAGER
Principal Accountabilities / Main Tasks:
1) To maintain compliance in operation of Chemical plants.
2) To lead the team in safe operation of the chemical plants
3) Management and control of Production processes.
4) To Optimize production capacity and cost.
5) To lead the team in improving the quality consistency of the process and product.
6) To execute the HAZOP, WCOM related activities in the Chemical dept.
7) To coach the team in bringing up leadership behavior through the whole dept.
8) To coordinate horizontally and vertically among the depts. of the company.

- WWTP MANAGER ( Permanent )
Quantitative data/Dimensions/KPI:
60,000 - 84,000 m3 /d treated water
50,000 - 65, 000 m3 /d treated wastewater
Employee: 70
Purpose of the job: To ensure the Fiber Production with continuous availability of treated water and to treat the wastewater generated from the entire process plant facility. |
Process responsibility: the Manager Water & Waste Water Treatment Plant and their staff to plan and realize the production of purified Water and treatment of Waste Water in a way which satisfies their SPV- internal customers as well as legal requirements what environmental emission is concerned, using the resources available in an efficient, economical way. |
Principal accountabilities/Main tasks: 1. To achieve targeted production with acceptable quality standards and efficient costs
2. To coordinate the activities of subordinate staff and to develop a highly motivated and efficient workforce in the department.
3. To initiate and implement minor changes, improvements and modernization in the department
4. To maintain a high level of discipline among the employees in the department.
5. To maintain high standard of safety and housekeeping in the department.
6. To manage process maintenance for minimum down time.
7. To continuously control and monitor availability and consumption of various raw materials, chemicals, process spare and others utilities and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
8. To optimize the utilization of all plant and machinery in the department by implementing proper maintenance procedure in cooperation with other services groups |
- PROJECT MANAGER MECHANICAL - PIPING
- ELECTRICAL HEAD POWER PLANT
- SENIOR POWER PLANT OPERATION MANAGER ( Permanent )
o Quantitative data/Dimensions/KPI:
o 225 TPH steam generation from coal fired boilers.
o 26 MW Co generation turbines
o 50 TPH sludge handling system
o Maintenance budget : USD 490,700/years
o Employees : 47
Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:
1. To assist Sr. Manager Power Plant in operation of entire plant (Coal Fired Boiler, Steam Turbine Generator, Belt Filter Press etc.)
2. To assist Sr. Manager Power Plant for controlling raw material consumption & chemical usage.
3. To take necessary action & instruct sub ordinate in case any trouble of equipment and machinery.
4. To coordinate with other departements and planning for shutdowns and overhauls.
5. To monitor the ongoing development programs (SAP, RCM, MEP...) and to ensure the timely progress.
6. To ensure good efficiency of employment and provider effective leadership and communication.
7. To practice safety, house keeping and environmental protection in accordance with the company regulations.
