A rapidly growing IT Company with multi-national experiences needs the following IT Resources for SEA Games IT System Implementation purposes:

Web developer – 10 persons

Job description and activities

§ Can create Look and Feel and layout page

§ Attractive design, create a logical navigation system including features requirement.

§ Knowledge in writing web pages in combination of codes, as HTML and XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, ActionScript, .Net, Flash, or using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver and Visual Studio;

§ deciding on how images and other material will be digitally optimized and presented for the web;

§ ensuring that material on the web site is accessible to all groups including those with disabilities;

§ testing the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions;

§ When a basic concept has already been developed for the web page, then Web designer's task is to create a design that matches the programmer's ideas.

§ enhanced existing website

Qualifications

· Degrees/Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Graphic

· Knowledge of graphic design packages, Fireworks or Photoshop

· Skills in e-commerce and server side technologies such as PHP and .Net, and internet security

· Preferred web designers with skills in multimedia and interactivity

· Must have capabilities in Computer Graphics packages such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Paint Shop Pro, Flash, XML-based web applications and programming, XHTML programming.

· Knowledge in other web development languages and technologies

· Comfortable working with a variety Operating Systems such as Windows, Macintosh, and Unix.

· Preferred Web Designers who constantly learn and stay abreast of new developments in graphics software packages, World Wide Web and any related technologies.

Graphic Designer – 10 persons

Job description and activities

· Responsible in creating graphics that can be use for Broadcast, Games Result, Web Site.

· Character in Artistic Sensibility - Knowledge about design elements, such as color and composition, is vital for graphic designers. Artistic ability and creativity are essential.

· Technical Skill in designing Software Programs such as Photoshop or Quark Xpress.

· Character in learning General interest in Computers and an aptitude for learning new technology will be beneficial. As technology continues to develop, graphic designers hoping for longevity in the field need to be able to adapt.

Qualification

· Degrees/Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Graphic

· All designers must have training in computer graphics packages such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Paint Shop Pro as well as knowledge of Flash, XML-based web applications and programming, XHTML programming, and other web development languages and technologies.

· The designer should also be comfortable working with a variety of operating systems such as Windows, Macintosh, and Unix.

· Since computer technology changes rapidly, web designers must constantly stay abreast of new developments in graphics software packages as well as those in the World Wide Web and related technologies.

SYSTEM ANALYST for Sports – 50 persons

Experiences in system design, coding and testing. Handle change requests and provides quick and efficient solutions. Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical design. Implement the design to develop and test the functional requirements.

Common Job Responsibilities for an IT Systems Analyst Position:

1. Implementation, support and quality control of applications used

2. Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions

3. Evaluates system specifications for ICT requirements

4. Develops and prepares computer solutions

5. Works closely with the sports association to prioritize business goals and information needs

Common Skills of an IT Systems Analyst Position:

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

2. Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations

3. Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of project management methodology

4. Requires excellent computer skills

Qualifications

Degrees/Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Computer Science

DOTNET Programmers – 50 persons

Experiences in coding and testing. Handle change requests and provides quick and efficient solutions and source code maintenance.

Interact with system analyst to understand the requirements and provide effort estimates and prioritize tasks.

Provide timely functional releases so as to meet fast changing business requirements. Assess risk and impact on the existing system that may arise due to any requirement or functional change

Qualifications

· Degrees/Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Computer Science

· ASP.Net development using Visual Studio, MSSQL Server 2005/2008 database administration and stored procedures creation.

· Web Services and ADP.NET, XML, CSS & HTML, Crystal Reports experiences are highly desirable.

· Knowledge of latest ICT technologies is required, as is a genuine interest and passion for the ICT.

· You will be maintaining different versions of the code. Due to the nature of the project, you will work in an environment requiring small and frequent functional releases.

Others:

1. The selected candidate will be trained and do the system customization in Jakarta

2. During implementation period, the selected candidates will be posted in Jakarta or Palembang accordingly

3. This employment contracts is for 3 (three) months only, and will be extended when necessary

4. All candidates will be interviewed and tested accordingly
