Our client, Multinational Commodities Company (from France) at Jakarta is looking for a high qualified personal to join in their team for position of:
Manager of Fertilizer Market Developer and Trader Asia
Reporting to : Head of Platform and Country Manager
Based in : Jakarta
Salary & Benefit : Open
Position description
The Fertilizer Market Developer and Trader will be responsible to develop the Platform in Indonesia as a first step, and later in other Asian countries. Main focus will be the launch of the Fertilizer Activity in Indonesia, coordinating all related legal, organizational, trade and execution developments.
Areas of responsibility/Role:
· Responsible for implementing all formal requirements for local Fertilizer Distribution
· Responsible for develop the organization for trade Fertilizers (HR, IT, accounting, etc.)
· Responsible for sales and trades on the area
· Maintain and develop strong relations with external suppliers and internal and external customers.
· Development of new and innovative supply/marketing alternatives
· Participate in the development and implementation of supply/sales strategy of the Platform within Asia
Experience
· Min. 3-5 years (in managerial level) experience in Trading of commodities (prefer in fertilizer area) within Indonesia
· Knowledge in business practices and cultures, like international contracts and shipping
· Understanding of markets and credit risks
· Understanding of financial and accounting principles
Qualifications
· Academic studies
· Commercial & negotiation skill
· Pro activeness and self-driven behaviour is required
· Capacity to think independently and strategically
· High results oriented
· Committed team player, able to communicate with different culture and background colleagues
· Have an entrepreneur behaviour
