Koperasi Karyawan Lintasarta (KOPKARLA) as part of PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta specialized for IT, service, human resource, and trading is looking for any energetic candidates for this challenge opportunity below:

 

HR ADMIN

 

 

Responsibilities :

 

Under the direction of HR Assistant Manager, responsible for handling in areas of employment contract administration: processing, monitoring and reviewing contractual status of all staff and handle personnel administration activities.

 

Requirements:

• Female, not older than 27 years old
• Must posses at least Bachelor degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources Management, Economic, Legal
• Having a related work experience, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• High motivation and initiative
• Advanced computer skills in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work independently, essentially a self-starter and highly motivated under minimum supervision with result oriented
