 In support of our operation in Indonesia as part of Emerio's strategy to strengthen its presence in Asia, we are looking for young and experienced Professional to fulfill following position:

Desktop Supervisor

Requirements:

• Preferably having experience in banking environment.
• Having leadership skills and able to manage team.
• Having knowledge in PC environment (hardware & software), setup & installation including trouble shooting in operating system, email, etc.
• Having knowledge in desktop management, with particular area in desktop utilities and tools such as EPO, Active Directory, Antivirus, Safeboot/SafeGuard. 
• Having knowledge and experience in specific product mainly in Microsoft. Having experience in Symantec product will be preferable such as Symantec Altiris, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), etc.
• Having knowledge in desktop security & resiliency, e.g. hardening, patch management.
• Having experience in managing large numbers of IT assets (desktop, laptop, software license, etc)
• Understand change management process/procedure.
• Understand service level agreement (SLA).
• Good in creating reports.
• Good in English (verbal & writing).
