JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client: one of the largest international Corporate Financial Advisory & Transaction Services consulting companies, is currently seeking for the following positions:
 
 Valuation & Financial Modelling 
 Senior Associates (2) 
 Assistant Manager  
 Manager
 
 Based in: Central Jakarta, Indonesia
 
 Job description / responsibility:
 
 Work in a project team
 Create and review financial models based on business issues or transactions being analysed (eg: for financing, acquisition, valuation and other purposes). 
 Provide solution for any modelling issues and strong understanding of best modelling practices
 Reviewing and updating reports and findings including the preparation of tables, exhibits, and charts 
 Participate in the development of client presentations 
 Liaising with other service lines within the company including Corporate Tax and Audit on valuations for compliance and financial reporting purposes
 Assist with researching various technical and industry specific issues including perform ad hoc analysis utilizing Bloomberg 
 Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management 
 Balance multiple engagements and responsibilities 
 Research market issues and identify market opportunities 
 Assist in reviews of third party appraisals for audit support purposes 
 Lead and provide positive input and insight at meetings with the target's management/client at working level
 Perform ad hoc analysis utilizing Bloomberg and other databases
 Prepare proposals and sales pitches
 Demonstrate an understanding of risk associated with engagements 
 Prepare internal documentation regarding client, working papers and engagement acceptance procedures
 
 Provide Valuation and Modelling Training (Basic to Medium level) to Valuation Services team
 
 Desired Skills and Experience:
 
 Strong academic credentials required
 Technical and/or financial advisory related experience with business enterprise and intangible asset valuation
 Ability to analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective 
 Experience with financial modeling development and review
 Advanced use of MS Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint  
 Strong commitment and flexibility in working in a challenging professional environment
 Must be flexible with the potential travel requirements of client service engagements 
 Experience and skills in managing and mentoring junior staff
 Experience in a professional services firm preferred 
 Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral 
 A strong finance, accounting, and/or economics background preferred 
 Bachelors required; Masters in Finance preferred; CFA (level 2), ASA, and/or CPA candidacy a plus 
 Pass the MAPPI Exam for P1,P2,P3,P4
 The ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail
 
 Interest in working in a regional Valuation & Modeling team (if required)
 
 Candidates from the Big-4, Second tier, Appraisal company (KJPP) are highly desired.
