Holds a college degree (S1 or D3) in any discipline
Is 22 to 45 years of age
Is highly motivated, achievement oriented and has genuine intent to develop self and others
Is willing to take LIA English Proficiency TestTM
Is prepared to undergo a pre-service teacher training program
