Senior Manager - Finance & Accounting
Main responsibilities:
- To assist CFO in running day-to-day Finance function
- To oversee the Accounting function including monthly financial account closing.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of statutory and management reports.
- Co-ordinate the external audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure the statutory audit for Indonesia is completed on time and that all statutory reports are accurate and submitted on time
- To review, build, and implement SOPs for financial control and liaise and co-ordinate with Internal auditors as required.
- Maintain and enhance the cash management system for Indonesia business, including improvement of cash forecasting capability and accuracy.
- Maintain adequate cash flow and monitor AR, AP and daily bank balances to meet operation requirements.
- Build relationships and liaise with financial institutions.
- Comply with Company policies, QHSE, current legislation and with other current requirements.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
- Having 5-7 years experience in finance and accounting managerial function
- A good team player
- Fluent in English
