To fulfill the requirements in the recently awarded Projects, the Jakarta Engineering Office seeks talented and experienced Indonesian nationals to fill the following positions

 

Receptionist

Requirement:

 

 

• Female, with maximum age 28 years old.
• Minimum graduate Diploma degree from secretarial or office administration academy.
• Preferably have minimum 1 year of working experience in related area, but fresh graduate are welcome.
• Good appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized, capable in doing a proper filing, and good endurance.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Fast learner, initiative and proactive.
• Good computer literate (MS Word, Excel).
• Strong customer service-orientation.
• Uphold respectable work ethics, integrity and confidentiality.
