CALL CENTER 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Answer Customer Needs from all media (Phone, Email, Online Chat).

·         Handle Customer inquiry and making orders to restaurants.

·         Follow up customer orders.

·         Understand the work related customer service.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

·         Male / Female maximum 40 Years Old.

·         Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field.

·         Required language(s) English, Bahasa Indonesia.

·         At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.

·         Applicant must be willing to work in Menara Bidakara Pancoran.

·         Preferably Staff (non-management and non-supervisor) s specializing in Marketing / Business Development

          or equivalent.

·         Full Time position(s) available.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, self-confident, cheerful, leadership, Good personality and 

           interpersonal skill.

·         Creative, energetic, fast learner, highly motivated and multitasking skill.

·         Ready to work under pressure.
