RNO Engineer
Job Description
RNO Engineer would be responsible for network planning and optimization; Netowrk performance improvement. in charge for:
- Traffic statstics analysis of radio netwrok.
- Perform Radiob Netwrok Planning and optimization
- Proposal for RNP/RNO work solution accommodating equipment.
- Prepare complete RNP/RNO design document to be submitted to customer.
Skills
Minimum 2 years of RF planning & Optimization engineering.
Excellent in GSM, UMTS + HSPA fundementals
Tools expereince for : RF planning, propagation models, RF Optimization, protocal analysis, etc.
Fluent in English
Education
Bachlor degree or above majoring in Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
