Vacancy at Samsung Electronics Indonesia Urgently Required We are a multinational company specialized in sales and marketing of electronic products. Currently we are looking for dynamic, motivated, and capable individuals to fill our vacancy as 1. SPARE PART STAFF Responsibilities: - Handling spare parts forecasting and purchasing - Inventory replenishment planning - Vendor and back order management - Parts claim to vendor - Maintaining spare parts information Qualifications: - Diploma degree or higher in industrial engineering/statistical science. - Experience in Inventory / Warehousing, Procurement, or Distribution function. - Familiar with planning, forecasting, & inventory management - Sufficient knowledge in SAP System - Able to organize vast amounts of data & multi-task several priorities. - Strong analytical and communication skills - Capable of working the entire MS Office suite - Fluent in English - Job location: Jakarta 2. WARRANTY STAFF Responsibilities: - Warranty Claim Holding and Verifcation - Warranty Claim Monitoring - Monthly AP-related closing Qualifications: - Diploma degree or higher in engineering - Strong data processing skill with SAP/ERP/pivot table - Detail-oriented, analytical - Capable of working the entire MS Office suite - Able to write report in English - Strong personality and willing to work over time - Job location: Jakarta Send your resume with the job title on the subject line to seins.hrd@samsung.com not more than 2 weeks after this advertisement is posted.
