HR GENERALIST
Responsibilities :
Handle overall employee matters at head / branch office, from recruit new staff, develop existing staff, performance reward, and termination aspect
Counselling & employee relation
Industrial relation
Requirements :
- Max 30 years of age
- Min 3 years experience in HR related area, handling general aspect of human resource, from manpower planning to termination, industrial relation, employee relation, coaching & counseling
- At least Bachelor Degree in any related field, with interest in human resource area
- Willing to travel frequently
- Energetic, dynamic, self-motivated, and great interpersonal with ability to establish long term
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
- Willing to be placed at Bintaro, Tangerang
