[Job-Vacancy] Vacancy Procurement Coordinator

We are a Non-Government Organization part of global network, which is one of the largest conservation organization.
Currently we are looking for the following position for Jakarta office :
 - Procurement Coordinator, code : PC


With requirement :
- Excellent written and oral English language communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in insecure environments is critical
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to systematize and streamline organizational operations
- Experience with NGO procedures, approaches, and operations

Responsibilities such as :
1. Develop procurement manual/guidelines
2. Develop countrywide procurement plan in coordination with all relevant units
3. Following a competitive bidding process or market surveys, in conjunction with procurement staff in field office, establish preferred vendor listing for use across field office
4. Develop training and development plans to ensure all staff engaging in procurement activities understands and applies the rules and regulations surrounding these
5. Prepare and identify learning resources and methods; commission and convene training events
6. Ensure compliance with procedures laid out in the Procurement Manual and WWF ID Procurement Policies and Procedures, etc.
