1. Project Manager (PM)
- Min. S1 Teknik Mesin/Elektro
- Min. pengalaman 3 th sebagai PM ME
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership
- Memahami dan menguasai system ME gedung
- Mengerti prosedur ISO 9001
- Bahasa Inggris aktif

 Quantity Surveyor
- Min. D3 Teknik Mesin/Elektro
- Min. 1 th pengalaman sebagai Quantity Surveyor (QS ME)
- Mengetahui dan memahami system ME gedung (high rise)
- Mampu membuat progress proyek konstruksi
- Mampu mengaplikasikan komputer MS Office
- Bahasa Inggris

2. Drafter ME (Mekanikal Elektrikal & BAS)
- Min. STM/D3 Teknik Mesin/Elektro
- Min. 1 th sebagai Drafter ME/BAS
- Memahami system ME/BAS(Mechanical & Electrical)
- Menguasai komputer MS Office & Auto CAD
- Bahasa Inggris minimal pasif

3. Engineer BAS (Building Automation)
- Min. S1 Teknik Elektro
- Min. 1 th sebagai Engineer BAS (Building Automation System)
- Mampu dan menguasai system BAS gedung
- Memahami ISO 9001
- Bahasa Inggris aktif

4. Estimator ME
- Min. D3 Teknik Mesin/Elektro
- Min. 1 th sebagai Estimator ME
- Mampu membaca dan paham design gambar konstruksi
- Mampu membuat estimasi ME dan membuat bill of quantity
- Bahasa Inggris min. pasif
