In support of our operation in Indonesia as part of Emerio's strategy to strengthen its presence in Asia, we are looking for young and experienced Professional to fulfill following position:

PABX/IVR ENGINEER
(Jakarta Raya)

 

Requirements:

• EXPERIENCES IN PBX ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION AND SETUP
  
• HANDS ON EXPERIENCE WITH AVAYA PBX AND SWITCHING
• FAMILIAR WITH PBX BILLING SYSTEM, CALL RECORDING, CALL CENTER AND IVR
  
• PREFERABLY UNDERSTAND AND HAD IMPLEMENTED CTI AND HAS PBX CERTIFICATION AND/OR TRAINING (AVAYA, ETC)
  
• ENGLISH IS A MUST
