OPERATION & CARE MANAGER for Balikpapan

 

We are looking for a bright and smart individual with energy to handle day to day FS operation in East Kalimantan. Successful candidate must be independent with good leadership.

 

The ideal candidate profile:

·         Male

• Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, with age between 28 - 35 years old

·         Min. 1 - 2 experience as Front Office Manager or Executive Housekeeper at least at 3 – 4 stars hotel.

·         A winning personality with a desire to gain successful career with the best emolument rewards.

·         Highly develop Interpersonal Skills for influencing change & accept challenges

·         Proven track on honesty and reliability with good interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to write and speak English

• Willing to mobile and work long hours in a high-pressure working environment
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
