URGENTLY REQUIRED

The Residences at Puri Casablanca, the luxurious serviced apartment located at the strategic business district of Jakarta (to know more about us, please visit our website www.puricasablanca.com), is currently seeking for highly motivated candidates to fill the following positions as :

SECRETARY TO GENERAL MANAGER (SEC)

· Female, Single, Age 23 – 30 years old.

· Minimum Diploma D3 Secretary; preferable from STIKS Tarakanita / ASMI secretarial academy, or London School of Public Relations (LSPR).

· Good appearance, neat, energetic, self-motivated, and good manner.

· Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

· Excellent in English both oral and written; understanding Japanese / Mandarin / Korea is an advantage.

· Willing to learn.

· Proven skills in secretarial and administrative tasks.

· Computer literate (Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Internet).

· At least 2 (two) years working experience as executive secretary or personal assistant.

General Requirements

a. Positive thinking, honest, discipline, fair, and sociable.

b. Service excellent & customer oriented ( hospitality ).

c. Able to work independent as well as a team-work, tough, and able to work under pressure.
