DRAFTER (STRUCTURAL / ARCHITECTURAL)

Requirements:

v Min. Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Building Construction, specialty in Structural or Architecture drawing (not mechanical);

v Alternatively students who are pursuing bachelor for Architecture / Civil Engineering;

v Min. 5 years working experience in international company or in international design and consultancy firm;

v Familiar with the Software such as AutoCAD;

v Experience with Autodesk Revit is preferred;

SR. ARCHITECT /ARCHITECT

Requirements:

v Min. Bachelor Degree (S-1) majoring in Architecture from reputable University

v Min. 15 years working experience in designing industrial building, especially pharmaceutical or food factory;

v Must have IPTB Clan A for Architecture Design;

v Fluent in English, both oral and written;

SR. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Requirements:

v Min. Bachelor Degree (S-1) majoring in Civil Engineering from reputable University;

v Min. 8 years working experience in designing of industrial buildings (concrete and steel);

v Familiar in operating and using structural software programs and international building codes;

v Fluent in English, both oral and written;

v Having a professional certification is preferred (HAKI / SIBP);

COMMUNICATION EXPERT (Dynamic)

Requirements:

v Min. Bachelor Degree (S-1) majoring in communication from reputable Universities or PR professional.

v Minimum 5 years' experience in preparing press releases, organize public campaigns and communication within government circles

v Have a proper knowledge in political and public sentiments and perceptions affairs especially in Jakarta Bay developments and flood issues

v Fluent in English, both oral & written.

v Excellent communication skills.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OFFICER

Requirements:

v Bachelor degree from any discipline background from reputable university

v Minimum 4 years experience in Quality Management System for Manufacturing or Engineering

v Knowledge on Quality Management System standard (ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18000)

v Understanding ISO Document Control Knowledge of Quality Management System Standard and experienced in creating procedure.

SURVEYOR

Requirements:

v Background in geodetic engineering;

v More than 5 years of relevant professional work experience;

v Hands-on experience with topographic and bathymetric surveying;

v Skilled in survey processing software;

v Basic English, both oral & written;

CIVIL SUPERVISOR

Requirements :

v Min. D3 majoring in civil engineering from reputable Universities.

v Minimum 5 years' experience in related field as mention above.

v Have been working as Civil Supervisor for consultant for at least 5 years

v Fluent in English, both oral & written.

DREDGING SUPERVISOR

Requirements :

v Background in civil or geotechnical engineering;

v More than 5 years of work experience;

v Basic English, both oral & written;

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Requirements :

v Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering or Architectural from reputable University;

v At least 4 years working experience as Construction Manager;

v Computer literate (good knowledge of specific technical softwares);

v Excellent in English comprehension, both oral & written;

SR. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER BUILDINGS

Requirements :

v Min. Master Degree (S-2) majoring in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with strong Project Management knowledge, economics or equivalent from a local or overseas reputable University

v More than 10 years of experience in design, project management or business development of projects preferable related to Buildings for Multinationals and/or Healthcare

v Fluent in English, both oral & written

v Proven track record in Business Development

v Extensive network and excellent networking skills

v Excellent communication skills

v Ability to establish trustful relationships with your clients
