CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

 

Requirements and Competencies:

-        Holding a minimum Diploma degree from any major, with min GPA 2,80.

-        Preferable minimum 1 years experienced in Customer Service or Call Center.

-        Female, minimum 23 years old.

-        People oriented.

-        A team player with high creativity, initiative and pleasant personality.

-        Positive attitude, good interpersonal skill and communication skill required.

-        Dynamic, excellence communication, and creative.

-        Willing to work hard and able to learn things fast.

-        Fluent in English, both speaking, writing, and translating.

-        Computer literate, familiar with MS Office applications.

-        Job Location base in Jakarta.
