Our client is a worldwide industry leader in the production and marketing of high quality fresh and packaged fruits and vegetables doing business in more than 90 countries. With the recent opening of a representative office in Indonesia , it seeks to recruit a young professional to assume a key role as:

Accountant
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements, assist in the preparation of budgets & forecasts and ensure application of accounting control procedures.
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Prepares cash and journal vouchers, debit or credit memos, prepayments/accruals,
• prepare tax returns; develop and maintain financial data bases
• Oversees treasury and cashiering activities; prepare cash position, bank reconciliation and other reports for the company and government, as required.
• Other tasks that the Country Commercial Director may assign from time to time including but not limited to: data compilation, analysis and other ad hoc jobs.

Requirements:

• Male/Female, Accounting degree holder, maximum of 22-30 years old
• Proficient in oral and written English;
• Can work independently; can adhere to tight work deadlines;
• Excellent interpersonal and team playing skills.

Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
