Legal Head (Manager)

Jakarta Selatan ( Jakarta Raya)

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Have experience of dealing with cases related to business property specifies (apartments, malls, hotels, and residential)
• Providing legal documentation/legal advisory/legal opinion to the Company with regard to the business  activities of the company
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts/ agreements and other legally binding documentations
• Good understanding and comprehension on law subjects such as corporate law including regulations and document preparation,      litigation, due diligence and contract negotiation and preparation
• Experience in conducting corporate action such as IPO, right issue, RUPS, annual report
• Fluent in oral and  written English and computer literate are a must
• Possess strong negotiation and communication skills
• Have pleasant personality & appearance, with good presentation, communication & interpersonal skill
• Have good leadership

 

Requirements:

 

·         Male/female, max. 45 years old

·         Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Law

·         At least 5-7 years of working experience in the related field especially property

Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
