Regulatory/QA/PV Manager
- Job Summary:
- Regulatory (80 %): managing product registration to BPOM in order to assure the products can be sold to the market in a timely manner with appropriate licensing, marketing and legal compliance
- Pharmacovigilance (10 %): managing the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of adverse effects of Company products in accordance with relevant internal and external requirements in order to prevent harm to customers and public health
- Quality Assurance (10 %): ensuring the proper evaluation, examination and reporting of Company products in order to confirm that the products are fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements (including legal compliance and customer expectations)
- To be assigned in head office Jakarta
- Pharmacist/Natural Sciences Degree
- Min. 5 years experience as senior Regulatory
- Age min. 35 years old
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation skill
- Computer-literate (MS Office)
- Team player
Medical Representative
- To be assigned in Jakarta, Semarang
- Min. Diploma degree
- Min. 2 years experience in similar position, preferably from Multinational Pharmaceutical Company handling Ethical Products
- Having PEDFI certificate is an advantage
- Hardworker, having excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
- Having own motorycle and SIM C
- Computer-literate (MS Office)
IT Staff
- To be assigned in Head Office Jakarta
- Male/Female, aged 23- 29 years old
- Min. Diploma degree majoring in IT/Computer Science/Management Information System/Computer & Information Science/Computer Engineering from reputable universities
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experienced with LAMP/WAMP/XAMPP platform (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), MS-SQL, and creating web-based application
- Able to enhance existing code base in PHP, write clean and well-documented codes, understand some of web-based programming language would be an advantage
- Good in English both oral and written
- Having a high level of integrity and customer-service orientation
- A team-player with proved ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
Accounting Staff
- To be assigned in Head Office Jakarta
- Min. D3 Accounting
- 1-2 years experience in similar position
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Honest, tenacious, tough, dilligent, thorough
- Excellent communication skill
