[Job-Vacancy] Vacancy for Project Manager

 

 

Our client is a publicly listed hotel and resort development company which is keen to expand its business by building hotels and villas through expansion of current sites and acquiring properties that fit into its concept. It plans to build star rated hotels in Banyuwangi, Cirebon, Semarang and Setiabudi (Kuningan) and seeks to appoint a Project Manager for each project site on contract basis:

 

PROJECT MANAGER

(Contractual)

 

Responsibilities/Requirements:

·         Manage, organize and coordinate the construction and other civil  works on site according to schedule, budget and quality

·         Arrange and conduct meetings with Contractor, Consultant and Government units

·         Approve construction drawings and documents, method of construction, materials and equipments specification.

·         Approve the Contractor  monthly progress claims in accordance with actual progress on site and prepared the IPV (Intern Payments Valuation) to Financial Department/Budget Control

·         Approve the variation order works from Contractor in accordance with Contracts, BQ and Owner requirements

·         Organize the testing and commissioning for building facilities and equipment to prepare and complete the building permits' documents

·         Manage, organize, coordinate and approve the Final Inspection and Checklist with / Construction Manager or Construction Management Consultant ), Engineers and Inspectors to prepare and complete the Handling Over documents.

·         Manage, organize and coordinate the Handling Over Project from Contractors, and turn over to Operation/Property Department.

 

Requirements:

·         Male, between 35-45 years old, an Architecture or Civil Engineering degree holder

·         At least 10 years experience in high rise building construction of hotel, office or residential

·         Capable of drawing, checking and revising the shop drawing, good hand sketch detailing capability

·         Possess broad knowledge of the property industry of Indonesia

·         Good coordinating, communication and presentation skills

·         High integrity, accurate and results oriented

·         Strong managerial and leadership skills

·         A matured decision maker and strong problem solver, a visionary

·         Willing to be posted in the project site/s
