Our client is a regional health care player that adopts a non-invasive approach through focus on the musculoskeletal area instead of the use of drugs or chemicals. It has recently opened 7 clinics in Jakarta and another 2 clinics with its astounding success it now seeks to expand in key cities throughout Indonesia and wishes to appoint a:

COUNTRY OPERATION MANAGER

Jakarta-based

RESPONSIBILITIES:      

-          Report directly to the foreign-based CEO/Owner and COO and will be responsible for the growth, profitability and operational aspects of Indonesia.

-          P&L management, driving sales, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of quality services and good customer satisfaction.

-          Report business and financial performance on a regular basis to Head Office.

-          Promote learning and development, handle recruitment and ensure harmonious relations and motivation among employees.

-          Identify potential areas for expansion and prepare feasibility studies

-          Negotiate lease with mall owners

REQUIREMENTS:

-          Male/Female, a university graduate, with good English communications

-          Strong leadership skills, including strategic planning, tactical direction setting, action plan development and goal accountability.

-          Strong business acumen, prior P&L responsibility and team management skills.

-          Good interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate with all stakeholders of the company, and strong customer service orientation

-          Willing to be mobile based on demands of the work; ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
